Honey Specific Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) has been formed under the name of Aanchal Madhu Utpadak Swayat Sehkarita in District Haridwar ( Uttarakhand) under aegis of NDDB for upgrading Scientific Bee Keeping and set up state of the art infrastructural facilities for processing honey and allied beekeeping products like bee’s wax, propolis, royal jelly, bee venom, etc., quality control laboratories, collection, storage, bottling and marketing centres. Uttarakhand Co-operative Dairy Federation (UCDF), Uttarakhand is acting as Cluster based business organization (CBBO) to form & promote the FPO.
